Watson Management Company is looking for a part-time property management bookkeeper.  Quickbooks knowledge is helpful, but most of the work is done on a property management software program (PROMAS).  We have approximately 85 homes that we manage and the bookkeeper receives rents; pays the owners; pays the repair bills; and works closely with the property manager to be sure everything runs smoothly for the owners and the tenants.
