Leadership Grand Prairie offers an educational experience designed to develop an awareness of the City and its relationship to the Metroplex. The program provides personal leadership training facilitated by local business executives, city officials, and Maxwell Certified trainers, using John C. Maxwell’s book “The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership”. At the conclusion of the program, participants will be better prepared for leadership roles within their business and community.
Through the Leadership program, participants learn how to best utilize their leadership skills, while learning about the local community. Meeting and speaking with key community leaders about the inner workings of the city proved to be a valuable experience.
As a result of my Leadership Grand Prairie experience, I have been able to further enhance my business growth and improve my own leadership proficiency.
I strongly recommend this program for anyone who is a leader – or looking to become a leader. The skills, contacts and experiences gained from this program are invaluable.
