  • Michelle Madden is the President/CEO of the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce.  A resident of Grand Prairie since 1998, she serves on the Planning and Zoning Board, is the immediate past Chairperson for the Grand Prairie YMCA , serves on the Lakewood HOA Board, is a board member of Children First Counseling Center, Inc., as well at the Chairperson for the Grand Prairie ISD Career and Technical Education (CTE) Advisory Board.

    With a degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M, the passion for building a community is second nature for Madden.  Former President of the Westchester on the Creek HOA and the Grand Prairie Council PTA, Madden is committed to carrying on good works of her predecessors and building on them to meet the ever-evolving needs of the community.

    Michelle Madden lives in Grand Prairie with her children.

  • Kevin Locks is the Membership Director of the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce.

    A Louisiana native, Kevin's background is in finance, fitness and he is an entrepreneur at heart.

    Kevin joined the staff of the Grand Prairie Chamber in September of 2022 and his position is key in recruitment and retention of our membership.  Kevin has energy and enthusiasm, and is excited to help new members on board, and assist them in getting involved and getting the most from their membership investment.

    Kevin is married with children, and has lived in Grand Prairie since 2002.

  • Claudia S. Herrmann was born in Mexico City and is a lawyer licensed to practice throughout Mexico, specializing in franchise and distribution law. She is a certified business coach and through her consulting company, CHF Consulting Group, LLC, she assists clients with their business, international trade, contracts, and intellectual property, and gives conferences, seminars, courses, workshops, and seminars. She is a continuous business and motivational speaker at conferences, seminars, courses, and workshops.

    She is owner of a commercial real estate, as well as of a transferceutical, health and body care products distribution business.

    Ms. Herrmann was founder of the Asociación de Mujeres Empresarias y Profesionales (AMEP), a national Latino business 501(c)(6) non-profit organization formed in February 2012 to promote Hispanic business and professional women. As founder of USA AMEP Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization formed in 2015, she provided educational tools to Latina women who wish to start their own business, grow their existing business or simply wanting to achieve personal growth.

    She is a former columnist of the Al Día Newspaper – the Spanish version of the Dallas Morning News and of the El Hispano News newspaper, where she had a column titled “En Perspectiva” (“In Perspective”). She is the hostess of the “Conversaciones en Serie” Facebook Live show, after having hosted various radio shows.

  • Hayley Mattson is the Director of Special Events and Marketing for the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce. She is a graduate of Tarleton State University with a degree in Communication Studies with an emphasis on Public Relations & Event Management.

    As a lifelong Grand Prairie native, Hayley has witnessed the expansion of her hometown and the value of a strong business community from a young age. Hayley’s position with the Chamber allows her to use her creative imagination, attention to detail, and contagious enthusiasm to bring the Chamber’s special events to life.

    Hayley believes that as a young professional, there is a strong importance in being involved with the community and gaining personal growth through the life experiences of others. She is always looking for different ideas and unique ways to make each Chamber event that much more special. She is married to her husband Trey, they have one daughter and live here in Grand Prairie. In her spare time, she can be found enjoying the outdoors, listening to live music, and spending time with family.
